Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

In-stock items are prepared quickly after purchase. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Made-to-order / pre-order items are crafted or prepared specifically for you. Cancellations are possible only if production has not started. Once production is in progress, cancellation may not be possible.
