Made-to-order allows our workshops in France, Italy, and Greece to work with time and accuracy.

The availability and estimated dispatch time are clearly indicated on every product page before you place your order.
Ready-to-ship pieces are currently in stock and are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Made-to-order pieces are produced or prepared especially for your order and are dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the relevant product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared for dispatch. Made-to-order pieces enter the production or preparation process.

Quality, finishes and presentation are reviewed before your order is packed.
4. Your order is dispatched with tracking.
You receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonnumero12.com, quoting your order number.
We will always do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the preparation or production status of the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. You may, however, exercise your applicable right of withdrawal after receiving the order, in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Returns & peace of mind
You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Returned pieces must be unworn, unused and sent back in their original condition and packaging.
