The delivery times shown are estimates and apply from the moment your order is dispatched.

Maison Numéro 12 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or late payment confirmation.

 

 

 

Customs duties (outside the EU)

 


For all orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier-related fees charged by local authorities.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchanges (Simple & Free*)

 


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

 


Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or, where applicable, as store credit if a refund cannot be processed).

 

 

 

How to request a return (Europe)

 


If you want to return or exchange a product:

 

  1. Log into your account

  2. Select Request a return

  3. Choose the item and the reason

  4. Confirm your request

 


Once your request is approved, you will receive a return slip / prepaid return label.

Return shipping is covered by Maison Numéro 12, so there is nothing to pay.

 

 

 

Returns & exchanges outside Europe*

 


This service (free returns) is offered for clients within Europe.


For returns or exchanges outside Europe, please email info@maison12.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return

 


Our customer service will provide:

 

  • The return address

  • A reference number to include on your return package

 


Return shipping costs are borne by the customer outside Europe.


 

Exchanges outside Europe (one exchange per order)

 

 

  • If the exchanged item is less expensive than the original, Maison Numéro 12 will refund the difference.

  • The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.

  • Maison Numéro 12 covers the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you (up to one exchange per order).
