Returns — 14 days
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
After 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Returned in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error

The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and email you to confirm:

We received it, and
-
Whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days to appear.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company (posting can take time)

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@maison12.com and we’ll take care of you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs

Europe: Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Outside Europe: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
For items valued over €80, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
